Abstract


Disability is the human society development process inevitablephenomenon, the problem of disabled persons has been social issues ofconcern. Along with the population growth, the number of disabled peoplealso grow with each passing day. The present society and gradually raise thestandard of living, but also allows us to start to consider the disabled for thisspecial group of life. The disabled with a normal people do have to enjoysocial and cultural achievements of the rights, and even the society shouldbe more care and help. Hohhot City as underdeveloped areas inhabited byethnic minorities, the disabled will have some local ethnic characteristics.On the social welfare research has been a hot research topic, but specificallyfor disabled people ’s social welfare research is still relatively limited. Thesocial welfare of persons with disabilities, at home and abroad werediscussed about some of the disabled hotspot theory and working method.Through data collection, statistics and analysis of the status quo of HohhotCity social welfare of persons with disabilities, and through these status toreflect the problems of social welfare for the disabled persons in the existingproblems, and then combined with the social work theory and proposedrelevant countermeasures. I hope the analysis can be useful to the future ofsocial welfare of persons with disabilities in Hohhot.
