Abstract


Although Qiuchi Yang’s regime from the establishment, prosperity and declinehad acrossed about three centuries, but it didn’t have continuous development.It hadexperienced about four times demise, and with it’s national strength changes, thepolitical center continue to migrate. And more worse thing was that the regime wascontrolled by north and south regime which stronger than Yang’s all the time indifferent degree,the situation is more complicated. The article is divided into fivephases to sort out the Yang’s regime,the before of the statehood period, pre-Qiuchicountry period, later-Qiuchi country period, Wudu country period and Wuxingcountry and Yinping country period five stages to descript Yang’s whole history. Atthe same time, the articles demonstrated the change of the Yang’s territory to makesense the Yang’s degree of rise and fall at different times clearly.The system of prefectures and counties were the main management methodssince the Han dynasty conquered this area. However according to the related records,the tribes were still remains in Yang’s regime. So the article believe that the Yang’sregime had the tribalism in its early period. Yang Sheng abolished the system ofprefectures and counties completely, and introducted the nursing of militarysystem.Therefore the author analysised the internal and external factors thatcontribute to this decision. And researched the20departments that YangShengdistribited one by one based on the existing literature data.In early pre-Qiuchi country period, Yang Maosou et al name themselves "LeftKing or Right King". The article analysis the reasons for this phenomenon and as awindow to explore the inheritance system of Young’s regime. Throughout the historyof Yang’s regime, inheritance system was related to its rise and fall closely. On theoccasion of its stronger the system was in ordered. But when declined, the inheritancesystem was in disordered way. Yang’s inheritance system followed the order of thefather died the son following. Although there have been old brother to youngerbrother and the uncle died then the nephew inherited, but the essence of theinheritance system has not change. And whether the father died the son following, orold brother to younger brother, the principle of "be older and be wisdom ", has always been a basic law, sometimes even more important than the former to become the mostimportant inheritance principle of Qiu Chi Yang’s regime, this is might be one of theinternal reasons that Yang’s regime existed for over three hundred years.
