Abstract


Since the first securities company was established in 1985, China’s securities market was gradually developed. The number and size of securities companies also was expanded. Because of the weak risk management and violation frequently, many securities companies have accumulated a very high risk. From 2002 to 2005, China’s stock market remained in the doldrums,which made risks appear, and. Since 2002, there have been nearly 40 high-risk securities companies disposed by regulatory authorities. As a financial institution, the biggest feature which is different from the typical company is that its risks are spreading, amplification, and social. And a single or partial financial crisis can evolve into the global economic and financial turbulence, and even cause serious social problems. Besides the cause of high-risk securities firms usually is very complex, and the risk degrees in different securities companies are different, so the disposal of risk also has different characteristics. Therefore, how to properly dispose high-risk securities firms, and how to prevent the emergence of high-risk securities firms in China’s securities market for the healthy development of financial markets are great significance.This paper use“The Study on Risk Disposal of Tiantong Securities Company”as the title. Elaborate the concept about risk management and disposal, and the status on the study about domestic and international risk. On the basis, explore the risk disposal model of Tiantong Securities Company. By analyzing risk causes, risk disposal and risk disposal processes, summarize experiences about Tiantong Securities Risk disposal, and further propose the advices about the development of Securities Company.
