Abstract


This paper studies the government organs logistics service modernizationproblem, and taking Kunming city as example the Chinese government organslogistics service socialization problems, analysis of relevant reasons, puts forwardconcrete countermeasures and suggestions. Organs Logistics for government agenciesto provide security, logistical organs through each work to ensure the normal turnoverof the government functions. Organs logistics is an indispensable part of governmentorgans, as the functions of government reform, logistics plays a more and moreimportant role. No authority for government agencies to provide logistical support,not only government office efficiency will decrease, and even the government couldnot run normally. Therefore, in the founding of new China, the State Council onorgans logistics construction made specific demands. With the development of newChina, our country government organs logistics work, after years of construction hasmade great progress. But, in our country’s reform and open policy and the socialistmarket economy, the traditional government organs logistics work has becomeincreasingly unable to meet the current needs of development, how to make thegovernment organs logistics work to adapt to the trend of the market economy, it isthe current important task of logistics service system.The thesis adopts literature review and case analysis, through the consult massiveliterature material, the paper provides the theoretical basis research on, combineKunming City Hall organs logistics service of the actual situation, analysis ofgovernment organs logistics service socialization. Through to our country governmentorgans logistics services research, found that the current our country governmentorgans logistics service problems, analyze the reasons for these problems and putsforward related measures, hope that through this research to other areas ofgovernment organs logistics service socialization can provide a reference.
