Abstract


Chinese reform has entered the a social construction field reform as the center of the new stage, continues to perfect market economic system at the same time, deepen the reform of the system of social management and promote public governance structure become China’s current reform and development of the new task. Female social organization is an important subject of public governance, it is to relate the government and the vast majority of the woman populace’s bridge link, is the women’s federation organization to protect women’s lawful rights and interests, and promote the comprehensive development of women of the effective complement, in women’s rights, women’s development and improve their own quality plays an important role or not. However, due to the government’s regulation is slack, citizen social consciousness is weak, the organization construction are still not perfect, and the relationship between the women’s organizations not wait for a reason, Changzhou city women’s social organization did not effectively participate in social and public management, play its due role.. This paper through the female social organizations connotation, characteristic and in the public management of social function analysis, this paper reveals the current changzhou female social organization participation in public management deficiency in trouble and the reasons of its formation, and trying to from the government, society, women’s federation and self construction and so on four aspects are expounded, seek women social organizations deeper, more fields to participate in public governance reasonable ways.
