How to effectively control the rural juvenile delinquency, become a very difficult and important task. China is a typical urban-rural split society, there are big differences in urban and rural lifestyle, economic conditions, culture, philosophy and other aspects of thinking, and the difference between the different regions have different expression. Therefore, different regions of rural and city of juvenile crime has some differences in the characteristics, causes, if indiscriminate research, relative lack of pertinence, put forward the general measures can not be applied better in the governance of rural juvenile delinquency.SuYu District is located in the northern part of Jiangsu Province, is a traditional agricultural city, rural youth are the main part of the agricultural population. Based on2010to2012in the People’s Court of Suyu District of the rural juvenile delinquency cases as the object of study, to analyze on current rural juvenile crime main body’s gender, age, cultural degree, her occupation, and crime type and apply penalty situation. In view of the current countryside typical adolescent illegal crime situation, combined with the case, analysis of the main reasons include social factors, family factors, personal factors. Combined with the causes of crime, the integrated use of theories and methods, and strive to build a scientific and rational, effective, feasible strategies of rural governance of juvenile delinquency, mainly includes rural juvenile delinquency psychological of rural juvenile delinquency prevention, legislative and judicial governance, rural social governance of juvenile crime.
