Abstract


The training industry of China began about 20 years ago, it has great potential and has been grown fast all these years. As a new services industry which is knowledge-based, the training industry has attracted so many entrepreneurs for its high profit margin, the low barrier of capital and technology. Behind its fast growing, problems and risk is rising. Now, there are so many training institutions in the training market, but the quality of these institutions are quite mixed for the lack of management, which bring bad influence to the whole industry and the enterprises.Because of its low barrier, quick market response and the chaotic structure, the training industry faces all kinds of risk. And the enterprises of training industry meet both visible risk from daily management and invisible risk from the change of the policies; both general business risk and industry-specific risk. The training industry is growing but it is still facing great challenge:the low services quality of the whole industry and the lack of brand and credit. The following are the reasons:huge market scale with imperfect management mechanism, the policies are not sound or lack of execution. In order to reduce or avoid the loss brought by the risks, improve the services quality and the competitiveness, achieve the healthy and orderly development of the training industry, strengthen the risk management is really necessary to training enterprise.This paper analyses the risk of the training enterprise from the angles of both the structure and the feature of the training industry. Firstly, it introduces the background of this paper, including the current (both domestic and abroad) research of the training industry, the enterprises of the training industry and the risk management. Then it indicates the shortage of the current research. In the second chapter, it gives the definition of training and training enterprise, the classification of training and training enterprise and the features of the training industry and training enterprise. Then it investigates the structure, the trends and the problems of the training industry. This is the bedding for the research of the risk of the training enterprise.In the third chapter, it elaborates both the content and feature of the risk of training enterprise then it analyses the content of risk management. On this base, we analyses the importance of risk identification. According to the feature of training industry and the ways of risk identification, it establishes the risk evaluation index system of training industry. In the forth chapter, it evaluates the risk of training enterprise in the way of "Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation". Finally, from the angle of improving risk management of enterprises of training enterprise according to the classification of the risk, it puts forward some suggestions about risk control and prevention of the training enterprise of China. May it to be valuable to the risk management of training enterprise and the regulate development of training industry of China.
