Abstract


Development along with the deepening of economic globalization , the international division of labor situation has undergone a major shift from the traditional basis of comparative advantage , inter - industry division of labor between the different products into the division of labor between different segments of the same product and value chain and value creation link dispersed on a global scale , different countries and regions , the formation of the global value chain division . The division of labor into global value chains in the system to enhance the international competitiveness of industry opportunities for developing countries and regions in this new international division of labor situation . Therefore , the requirements of the development of the practice of global value chain perspective to analyze the global competitive landscape , and regional industrial competitive advantage in such a competitive environment build process . Shandong provincial government Peninsula manufacturing base for Japanese and Korean industry to undertake the transfer of building , and are working to fight the international advanced manufacturing base . This new division of labor of the global value chain , the the Shandong manufacturing industry has competitive advantages and disadvantages , which are targeted to enhance its international competitiveness of industry is to study this problem . Research value chain and global value chain theory and Porter 's \industrial international competitiveness of developing countries or regional economic environment analysis defect , and combined with the results of previous studies , re-sort the formation and impact factors of the competitiveness of the industry ( international ) division of the global value chain situation , and build a \, followed by the description of the factors in the model comparative analysis pointed out that the the Shandong manufacturing industry in the context of global value chain division of strengths and weaknesses in the international competition , and enhance strategies for its competitive disadvantage .
