Abstract

"Enforcement difficulty" is always the difficult problems in the implementation ofthe court, and people are generally concerned about the hot issues. Among them, Hunan court in the solution of "enforcementdifficulty" problem, formed a lot of new ideas, explore many new methods are worthsummary, to promote and. This is the value of this article writing.For example, the court of Hunan province around three priorities, such as "socialcontradictions, social management innovation, impartial and honest law enforcement",to further increase the implementation of innovation, promote the implementation ofthe scientific development. One is the implementation of special activities promotingthe anti circumvention. Two is the implementation of information platformconstruction started. Three is the implementation of the supervision managementsystem to further improve.
