Abstract


Since reform and opening, our party on rural issues at different times to give different degrees of attention, which to some extent helps to stabilize the economic situation in rural areas and improved, but because of certain circumstances, however ignored the development of rural economy, which led to the current level of the rural and urban economy is quite different.
