Abstract


The reform of China’s economic system started from the countryside. However, the household contract responsibility system is also the most important transformation in the management system of China’s countryside, and is the key link in our party’s economic system reform. The implementation of household contract responsibility system finished the people’s commune system, which is like this:three levels’possession, and the team is the foundation; and it has established peasant household’s market as the main body status, and integrated the rural economy into the normal development track. After the reform of the household contract responsibility system, Chinese farmers’enthusiasms were stimulated because of solution to the drive problems effectively, and Chinese agriculture is under the gold time, which appeared such an ultra conventional growth. But, from its germs to development, the household contract responsibility system is not going successfully, and it has also experienced the extremely winding process. But in inner party, domestic people also experienced such a process in the understanding and accepting of the household contract responsibility system.It is necessary for us to realize that everything is going forward. Nowadays, as the development of productivity and the unceasing progress of science and technology, the household contract responsibility system is gradually exposing some questions and drawbacks. How to know these questions and its development trends of household contract responsibility systems, which are the key points of the paper.This article takes the Marx historical materialism as the instruction. First, it starts from people’s commune system, and studies its history background before the implementation of household contract responsibility system, and then launches the elaboration, elaborating the implementation process of household contract responsibility system and its great significance to the Chinese agriculture and even the Chinese economy development. Afterwards, the article mainly elaborates the problems of household contract responsibility system, as well as what we should take measures to solve these problems, and analyzes its future trend.The household contract responsibility system is the basic economic system of China’s countryside, and has played the huge role in the process of the countryside reform, up to now, it still suits for productivity development of China’s countryside. Therefore, we must insist on it within a long-term period, and at the same time, we must emancipate the mind unceasingly, keep pace with times, and emphasize highly on the insufficiencies of the household contract responsibility system, which don’t adapt to the times’development. We must prompt in time and amend to improve the development of countryside’s productivity unceasingly, and in order to have a more glorious future trend.
