Abstract


The professional identity of undergraduates is directly related to their initiative to professional learning in the university, which influences the realization of their professional value and the value of life. But at present, the situation that the undergraduates in the major of education faces is not optimistic,.that mainly displays in:the professional awareness is not clearly, the professional emotion is not deep, the professional learning is not positive, the professional employment is downturn. In order to make the undergraduates in the major of education can have better professional learning and development, the focus should be on the improve strategies of the professional identities in the major of education.The professional identity of undergraduates in the major of education, in essence is the interaction between the undergraduates in the major of education and the major of education, reflects a process completely from the choice of the major of education, the understanding and cognition of the major of education, the major of education learning, the major of education emotional cultivation, the major of education employment development.The factors affect professional identity of undergraduates in the major of education are complicated. As a professional identity subject, in addition to the individual differences, the professional choice and expection affect their professional identity; the major of education as a professional identity object, its subject status, professional property, discipline construction level, the professional recognition and evaluation from outside world will affect the professional identity.To improve professional identity of undergraduates in the major of education, we should make the students have the freedom to choose their major; carry out professional education; cultivate the students’professional emotion; optimize professional discipline construction; strictly control the professional recruitment of students scale; strengthen the career planning education; break through the professional rigid mode, for a soft professional mechanism.
