Abstract


Accelerate the economic development of minorities is a necessary requirement for safeguarding the motherland's unification , strengthen national unity to create a peaceful and stable international environment and domestic social situation of the inevitable requirement is to promote the development of China's national economy a necessary requirement , but also to eliminate the development of inter-ethnic gap and achieve mutual development and prosperity of all ethnic groups is the fundamental way to achieve important national equality . The development of ethnic minority areas is necessary to achieve the economic development of ethnic minority areas reflect also reflect the economic development of ethnic characteristics . Because minorities are its special culture, geography, habits and customs together , so the economic development of ethnic minorities has its own national identity as well as its regional and complexity. Accelerate economic development in ethnic minority areas , in a socialist society building and building a moderately prosperous society in the process, have a significant and far-reaching political, economic and social significance. In this paper, the economic development of minority areas in Hebei Province as the research object , the use of regional economic development theory , theory of ethnic issues , the use of empirical research approach to ethnic characteristics on economic development and sustainable development pathways and mechanisms as the theoretical basis , detailed analysis of Hebei minority population , geography natural conditions , economic conditions , the status quo and the cultural environment in recent years, the development of ethnic minority areas , ethnic minority areas develop strengths and unfavorable factors and cause analysis . According to Hebei current actual situation in ethnic minority areas , ethnic minority areas proposed to accelerate the development of ideas and countermeasures. The first proposed to optimize the environment for accelerating the development of ethnic minority areas to provide effective protection ; Second , to develop and strengthen county economies , in order to provide a powerful minority areas building material security ; Third vigorously develop social undertakings, local economic development for the nation intellectual and human resources guarantee ; Fourth, vigorously promote the economic development of regional cultural minorities , and promote economic development in ethnic minority areas . Adopt these measures , the economy is bound to promote the healthy minority areas of sustainable development .
