The report of the17th national congress shows the priority to the development ofeducation, the construction of human resources power as to improve people’s livelihoodas the key point of social construction of six major task lists.《The national medium andlong-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)》require the basicrealization of modernization education in China, the basic formation of a learningsociety, into the power country of human resources to be achieved in2020. In recentyears, China’s education and training industry is developing rapidly. Internationaleducation belongs to a segmentation in education training industry in China,in thenational policy support, parents and students are widely demand background, industrydevelop vigorously.Meide Education Company engaged in international education exchange programwhich is a joint-stock education consulting company, founded in August2012,theexisting staff number is48, an annual turnover of5million, is a typical small companyin international education industry. The company has been developed for more than oneyear, and has certain achievements, but also encountered many problems. This articlemainly used the "case study” to analyze Meide Company, to formulate the companystrategic development as the goal, use SWOT analysis to sum up the strategicdevelopment and business development strategy, provide guidance for the developmentof the company.Date factor of SWOT analysis include the opportunities and threats, advantages anddisadvantages, so this paper using PEST method to analysis the Meide company externalenvironment, including macro environment and industry environment, and then use Portfive force analysis method to analyze the competition in industry and the key successfactor analysis, conclude the Meide company with the opportunities and threats in thewhole education training industry, in order to provide a clear positioning for MeideCompany. In order to summarize its own advantages and disadvantages of virtueeducation within the company a detailed analysis of comprehensive environment; Use SWOT analysis model, using charts, data and analysis as the basis, summed up the ST,SO, WT, WO strategy, and concluded the company development strategy and businessdevelopment strategy, the implementation of the strategy and the specific advice.Through the study, the following research conclusions are listed below:1、It has been clear about the Meide company’s business vision and strategicobjectives, determine the company’s overall strategy for growth strategy, generalcompetitive strategy adopt focus strategy, product differentiation strategy, and discusseson how to implement the strategy and control.2、Meide company shall introduce the modern enterprise management system,strengthen enterprise management.3、Meide company should pay attention to industry more forward-looking, build afirst mover advantage.4、 Meide company, can with the development of business, adopt the way offinancing to speed up the business moving forward.
