With the improvement of people’s living standards, increased leisure time, to promote quality education, the implementation of the "National Fitness Program" and the concept of life-long in-depth sports, sport has become to improve the overall quality and healthy growth of students an important and indispensable part of the.Therefore, the family sports occupies in the social life and social importance of the operation, to strengthen research among family sports, family sports to promote the development has important practical significance.
