Abstract

The results of the survey show JiangHua elementary school table tennis clubappear research conclusion is:(1), JiangHua elementary school in the table tennis training and in the "combination" of thecultivation of the reserve talents of road formed a typical "JiangHua training model", it is worthcapital invested little, site limitations of small, competitive selection limitations small sports reservetalent training mode for reference.(2), the club to improve the internal management mechanism, regulating the perfect coachesmanagement mechanism (training plan audit, in the study) and evaluation mechanism, the clubinternal management standardization is the foundation for the development of the scale of the club.(3), JiangHua elementary school table tennis club by region, germ,"learning" and "training"contradictions and so on the many kinds of factors lead to it is difficult to form the club’slarge-scale construction, how to solve the above problem is JiangHua elementary school scaledevelopment of important factors.Development countermeasures are:(1), JiangHua elementary school table tennis club internal construction: perfect internalmanagement system, the establishment of the coaches training plan, work efficiency and competition performance audit mechanism and assessment mechanism.
