Abstract


With the constant progress of the society, people’s living standards continue to improve, to further improve the nutritional status of students, But20years from the national student fitness and health survey results, the students’healthy level shows the trend that drops ceaselessly however, student’s physique and the health still exist a lot of problems. To these problems are many reasons, experts pointed out that lack of exercise is the key, the Ministry of education officials also pointed out that China’s adolescent constitution decline is mainly due to the lack of time to participate in physical exercise, strength is not enough. In view of the above situation, for the continuous decline of students’physical fitness problems," outline of the nationwide body-building plan"(1995) stressed the need to" make sure every student to participate in an hour for sports";" The CPC Central Committee and State Council of deepening educational reform and comprehensively promote quality education decision"(1999) is also provided, to actively improve the school sports facilities, to ensure that students extra-curricular physical education and sports activity time, hosting various groups of physical activity, exercise the student body, promote students’health, the cultivation of students’" the sense of competition, cooperation and the spirit of perseverance"; From the beginning of2007, with" national student physical health standard" the full implementation of all types of schools at all levels, in the country widely, deeply to carry out" standard first, strong physique" as the goal of Sunshine Sports", advocate of broad teenage student autonomous participation to the sunlight sports. According to the above situation and related policies and regulations, this paper using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other research methods, to minority area in the city of Chifeng nine primary school in27sports and900students as the investigation object, through to their questionnaire survey and site visits, to understand the city of Chifeng city students to participate in extra-curricular physical exercise status quo. On the basis of statistics and analysis to draw the following conclusions:(1) Chifeng city students to participate in extra-curricular sports venues resources, funding and human resources are a school-based, community as a supplement, can basically meet the needs of students’extracurricular physical exercise.(2) Chifeng city students to participate in extra-curricular physical exercise attitude is more positive, more explicit motivation. Mainly to improve the physical quality as the goal, followed by decompression of recreational activities, achieved good results. But some students participating in extracurricular physical exercise has certain blindness, without a plan, the lack of scientific and reasonable arrangement.(3) the Chifeng city primary and. secondary school students in extra-curricular sports activities is not very good, although the teachers and parents of students participating in extracurricular physical exercise support, but from the security considerations, they can let students to independent activities.(4) the different gender and different age students in extracurricular physical exercise motivation and projects exist differences, different area on elementary school students’extracurricular physical exercises seriously exist obvious differences, in three area of red mountain primary school extracurricular physical exercise weight to the highest degree.(5) Chifeng city students to participate in extra-curricular physical exercise:subjective factors are not interested, affected by traditional culture and sports technology difference, afraid of being a joke. The objective factors are:the great pressure of study time is insufficient, poor facilities, organization and lack of guidance, different sex, age and area difference existed between.
