Abstract

The supply and demand contradiction of educational resources especially high-quality educational resources is restricting the development of all levels of schools in our country. Senior high school education is the link of elementary education and higher education. For one thing, Senior high school education should bear the responsibility of continuing to develop and improve the basic quality the national. For another, it also should make full preparations for the young students from all aspects, who will receive higher education in the future. Senior high school education has the responsibility of deliver excellent student for colleges and universities, so the supply and demand contradiction is very serious. Senior high school education has become the bottleneck in the whole Chinese education developing process. Therefore, how to provide more high-quality high school educational resources and how to satisfy the further education and employment needs of the educated in compulsory education are the problems that we have been trying to solve in today’s education theory and practice fields.Famous high schools" running private schools means that public famous high schools(or key schools) set up branch campuses which are privately run, collect students’tuition fees and accommodation as a main source of funds and students enjoy paid high-quality high school educational resources. With the appearance of famous high schools’ running private schools, in a special period the supply of high-quality high school educational resources was increased. It has eased the supply and demand contradiction of China’s high school education resources to some extent. Therefore, though there also exist many problems and shortcomings, the author thinks that as a dynamic school-running mechanism, famous high schools’ running private schools will exist for a long time in the developing and elementary stage of socialism. However, in the long run, it has a certain transitional nature. That is to say, no matter what the possible developing tendency of famous high schools ’running private schools is, there is some meaning of its existence at the present stage, it still must go on.With the methods of documentation, questionnaire, interviews, case studies and other research methods, this essay does a comprehensive research on how the running model arises and develops and finds that it has many advantages and disadvantages. Based on the case study, the essay has a relatively comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the development and process of famous high schools’ running private schools, its advantages, disadvantages and problems, and then provides some suggestions on the development of famous high schools’ running private schools. First of all, famous high schools’running private schools needs the policy support from the government. To be specific, firstly, the government should improve the policies related. Secondly, the support from the parent schools is a must. There is a saying that goes,’Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for the rest of his life.’ The parent schools’ support for famous high schools’ running private schools should tend to be invisible and focus on software (such as rich experience in management and teaching in the field of education, the perfect teacher training system and some information on the college entrance examination etc.) and should not simply exclude excellent teachers’ undertaking all the daily educational teaching tasks. At last, the innovation of private schools themselves is very important. The key to developing private schools is still in high schools’ running private schools themselves. Specifically, there should be some innovation both in the management system including school management, the teacher management, and the student management and the system of running schools.As long as the government, famous high schools, private schools adhere to the correct running directions, famous high schools’ running private schools is bound to have its characteristics.
