Abstract


"National medium and long-term educational reform and development program (2010～2020year)"(hereinafter referred to as "program") points out, our country elementary education in quality education to promote the difficult, students’ social adaptability is not strong, system and mechanism is not flexible enough, quality education resources are not evenly distributed. However, affected by economic, political, cultural and many other factors, the reform process is slow, examination-oriented education idea itself.Under this background, primary and secondary school tutoring industry as to the current education system is added, since the beginning of the twenty-first Century began to sprout up to now, China has become the largest private education and the fastest growing markets in the world.How to enhance competition ability of tutorial agencies were studied, and the specific measures to enhance competitiveness perspective were pointed. This article first from tutoring industry in the macro environment, industry environment, combined with the theory of strategy management, extracurricular counseling to the development trend of the industry, analysis of five competitive forces undertook elaborating, put forward on the basis of primary and secondary school counseling enterprises build competitive basic pathways, including the differentiation strategy, product system, resource integration, differentiated service system, competitive structure and performance evaluation system. Finally, taking Beijing new skyline education exemple undertook concrete analysis, for example analysis of extracurricular tutorial agencies to build competitiveness research.
