Abstract


Nowadays， the government has developed advanced manufacturing enterprisesvigorously. As the subjects of the advanced manufacturing enterprises, high-endmanufacturing enterprises have become an indispensable force of national economy. Thoughthe rapid development of the advanced manufacturing enterprises in our country, comparedwith those of the developed countries, there still exists a certain gap. And It’s hard to formpowerful competition in international market. Accompanying gradual opening of the marketafter China joined the WTO and the influence of the global economical crisis going deeper,advanced manufacturing industry in China is confronted with serious competition both indomestic and overseas markets， and external environment of the enterprises is increasinglycomplex. So in order to cope with the complex changes and serious competition of the marketeffectively, it is necessary for the advanced enterprises in our country to cultivate corecompetitive abilities to strengthen themselves and obtain constant competitive advantages.Methods associated with core competitive abilities have been studied, and conceptionsand characteristics of core competitive abilities of advanced manufacturing enterprises havealso been defined in this paper. Structure and influential factors of core competitive abilitiesof advanced manufacturing enterprises have been analyzed. Main disadvantages of corecompetitive abilities of advanced manufacturing enterprises in our countries and causes of thissituation have been concluded through analysis and comments of current situation of corecompetitive abilities of advanced manufacturing enterprises. Based on these, cultivatingmethods of core competitive abilities of advanced manufacturing enterprises have beendesigned, and in order to guarantee the effective cultivation, corresponding cultivatingsafeguards for both the government and the enterprise have also been proposed.
