Abstract


As educational reform deepening and social need towards physical culture professionals increasing in the recent years, Sports Performance Art major develop fast in Physical education institutes in our country. However, there are not many P.E institutes opening this major. What’s more starting late in China, this major is still in exploratory stage. Without our own complete academic system, the students of this major is not competitive. In the present, as the graduates and great pressure on the job market increasing, it’s very important to prepare students to become graduates with solid basic skill and good practice capability. Since our institution specialize in sports and become a cradle of physical culture professionals, students should be trained to become experts with multi skills.In order to enable them to adapt to society. The competitiveness of students majoring aerobics will be enhanced on the prerequisite that they master sports acting skill and good teaching capability.With combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigations,data statistics and logical induction, this paper design basic frame for the aerobics teaching ability for Sports Performance Art majors, investigate teaching capability of aerobics majors on the basis of study on aerobics teaching theory,bring up measures suggestion about how to improve their teaching capability of aerobics majors and analyzing factors affecting their capability of teaching aerobics.This magisterial thesis brings up the following conclusions:1. The courses of aerobics in our institution aims to develop students who can undertake aerobics teaching, training, and competition independently. so to cultivate students’ability is a request. It testify that aerobics majors of Sports Performance Art institution develop in the direction of experts with multi ability. However, the function of courses’objective on cultivate students’professional teaching is not outstanding. Disparity exists between teaching theory, technique and students’need. On the original base, Courses should stress practice teaching ability and attach importance to theory teaching.2. Teaching contents of aerobics basic sports technique excessively. Assessment and evaluation contents are not comprehensive with stress put on basic technique assess. It underrate theory and teaching ability assessment and neglect pace of progress and learning attitude evaluation. Assessment methods main on general summative evaluation, but evaluation subjects have started to develop towards the direction of diversification.3. On the basis of studies of teaching and researching ability, this paper construct a system for teaching ability of aerobics the structure consists of teaching designed capacity, exercises basic strokes skill, teaching organization and practice ability as well as evaluation ability of aerobics.4. There are internal and external factors influencing students’teaching ability of aerobics major. Internal factors include health quality professional quality and learning interests. External factors consist of teachers’professional quality, teaching content teaching task and environment.5. The author of this paper know present situation of aerobics special teaching ability by Survey and raise some methods of enhance students teaching ability, Class teaching is a main means to cultivate teaching capacity. According to characteristics of students and aerobics teaching feature some teaching practice should be added in class teaching. At the same time, it’s necessary to attach importance to teaching methods instruction to promote their capability through learning and teaching.
