Abstract


In today’s rapid economic development, governments and the community have come tounderstand that technological innovation is the source of human wealth is the fundamentaldriving force for promoting economic growth. Accompanied by economic globalization, theincreasingly fierce market competition, the rise of raw materials, labor the company isdeveloping into a bottleneck. In recent years, many companies have realized that innovation isthe enterprise survival and development, as well as an important way to improve corecompetitiveness. Independent innovation is the original with technological breakthroughs,knowledge and ability to support the inherent characteristics such as. High-end manufacturingbusiness is high-end part of the manufacturing capability of independent innovation ofadvanced manufacturing enterprises is not only a direct impact on the overall strength of theindustry, but also to the country’s core competitiveness, enhance the capability of independentinnovation of advanced manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitiveness the key.Enhance the capability of independent innovation of advanced manufacturing foundation andprerequisite for the scientific understanding of the status of its capability of independentinnovation. Therefore, the study of how to evaluate the capability of independent innovationof advanced manufacturing enterprises to explore ways to improve the capability ofindependent innovation, not only of theoretical value, but also has important practicalsignificance.In the domestic and foreign scholars Research summarized on the basis of this paper firstdefines the connotation and characteristics of the advanced manufacturing enterprises, theconnotation and characteristics of the capability of independent innovation. Second, thedefinition of the content and features of the high-end manufacturing capability of independentinnovation, the current situation of the domestic and international advanced manufacturingcapability of independent innovation, foreign advanced manufacturing enterprisesEnlightenment to China. Again, on the basis of these studies, according to a whole taking intoaccount the process, the scientific with the application of the principles established two levels,twenty-nine underlying indicators of high-end manufacturing capability of independentinnovation evaluation index system. Indicators in the evaluation system to determine the rightchoice of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation be evaluated.Finally, the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the enhancement of the capability of independent innovation of advanced manufacturing.
