Abstract


Goal orientation of teachers training effect on the training management,curriculum design and implementation, teaching methods and evaluation,"basiceducation curriculum reform program (Trial)" and "since the enactment of theideological and moral curriculum standard"."National training plan" is the first majorproject implementation of national education plans first announced theimplementation of the outline. This paper takes Xinjiang "national training plan"Ideological and moral course teachers training for perspective and starting point,combined with the paradigm of teacher education theory by scholars, on the teacherstraining and moral discipline of ideological goals from the following several aspectswere studied.First of all, the exploration and demonstration from teacher training value targetlevel. Only by changing the educational value and education concept of teachers,change the teachers can really sense of self-worth. The value goal of future teachertraining should not only focus on the knowledge and ability of growth, to re-examinetheir for the teacher occupation self-identity. The realization of teachers’ self lifevalue, change the traditional education idea, so as to enhance teachers’ teachingability, the pursuit of happiness in life education, teacher professional development inthe real sense.Secondly, from the respect of experience activities in the course of action, payclose attention to the education value of the micro level, for students to provide amutual communication, understanding the subject, collision and reflectiveenvironment, through the different situations and the action of alternating blend, tothe ability of reflection, guidance teachers psychological, educational ideals andbeliefs shape of teachers, improve teachers’ professional and lasting development.Finally, based on the concept of teacher training, the ultimate goal of teachertraining and moral discipline of thought. Xinjiang "national training plan"Ideological and moral course teachers training concept of subject is the constructionof teachers "happy educational life", and ultimately to promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers to xinjiang. It is the establishment of such a focus onflexible teacher education paradigm inherent concept target affects teachers’ trainingobjectives.
