Abstract


China’s new round of basic education curriculum reform is implementing like a raging fire.The new curriculum put forward new demands on the teaching profession.So the teachers oldteaching experience and educational philosophy has been unable to meet the requirements of thenew curriculum. In order to implement the new curriculum reform effectively, teachers have toupdate the old educational philosophy and to shift the role of teachers. Achieve the developmentof teachers’ professional. Teaching reflection is considered to be the "teacher professionaldevelopment and self-growth core factors", so that teachers should pay attention to the teachingreflection and to be a practitioner about reflective practice. The ecology of education is the resultof mutual infiltration between ecology and education.Based on ecological principles to study avariety of educational phenomenon and the reasons to master the regular of education. And thendirect the trend of the development of education. In this paper, we used a new perspective ofecology of education.The school as an ecosystem.Using the current situation about teachingreflection of junior high school chemistry teacher as a starting point. Around the teachers，awareness about teaching reflection, content and strategy of the reflection, perspective ofteaching reflection,the result of using the conclusion of teaching reflection..The problem aboutChemistry teachers， reflection problem. Use educational ecology principle analysis the impact ofthe education ecological environment and ecological factors on education and then put forwardrelated strategy. The main problems found in the junior high school chemistry teacher teachingreflection consists of two levels. From the school level, it includes current teaching managementand evaluation system.It makes the error guiding role of teachers, teaching reflection. Teacherstreat teaching reflection as a burden and do not know how to reflect also. Competitive relationshipbetween the teacher groups also contributed to the culture of silence between the teachers. Thesehave hindered the teachers, teaching reflection going. From the teachers personal level to analyzecontain the concept of the authority of teachers led dialogue imbalance which between studentsand teachers, weak awareness of teachers’ teaching reflection, lack literacy education theory thatall hinder the occurrence of the teachers teaching reflection that all hinder the occurrence of theteachers teaching reflection.From the results of the study and the problem which found, the study response from bothobjective and subjective analysis as following. Improve teacher training and to provide protection to achieve sustainable development of the ecological factors. Improve school managementevaluation system. To establish harmonious teachers culture to achieve symbiotic cooperationbetween teacher groups. Enhance teacher education literacy and then make teachers’ knowledgestructure balance. Construct individual ecology actively construct individual ecology, enhanceawareness of teaching reflectionand enhance awareness of teaching reflection. To abandon authority ideological and accepteddefective self to maket bilateral reflection mode between teachers and students.
