Abstract


The headmasters are the professional staff who belongs to current educational system in our country. They play the very important roles in the teaching and education, the management and development of the class, the students’ growth and so on. The headteacher professionalization is an important part of teacher professional development and direction, The headteachers just have the corresponding professional quality, improve the level of class management can effectively achieve the goal of class management, eventually to promote the all-round development of students. The headmasters’ professional development is an important part of teachers’ professional development and direction. Because the headteachers have special status and role in the school,so the headteacher professionalization must have its unique goals, requirements and contents. The study is based on this thoughts, tries to reveal in the description of the headteacher professional development paths, find the related factors and promote the teacher professional development effective wayThe writer chose three common junior headmasters. By looking up literature> interviewing and collecting the real things, We uses narrative research methods to show the real junior headmasters’ experiences of the education teaching work at school. Reflect the teachers’ experience, reflection, confusion and requests etc, look forward to giving references to the study of relevant theory and practice.Now many studies of teacher professional growth in China is only based on the deductive reasoning of the teachers’ professional development and the headmasters often assume a relatively unified group without difference. The object of study needs to be clearly strengthened.This study described the process of three headmasters who’re at the different stages, the author analyzed the important events and important people affect their professional development, summarized the common factors and special factors influence their professional development and gave some thoughts and suggestions about the establishment of the system, improvement of the management, the creation of a good working atmosphere,did these things in order to show the different characteristics of the headteachers at the different development stages,try to find out more targeted and operational ways and methods.
