Abstract


Gratitude,as individuals to others, social and natural give grace in the heart recognition, and wish to return a kind of knowledge, feelings and behavior, is active in the field of psychology research is an important research topic. It focused on the advantages and virtue, is one of the important embodiment of positive energy. Gratitude as a positive quality, in People’s Daily and work, study and life all has the important influence, At the end of the twentieth century, psychologists gradually began to Gratitude quality of continuous exploration and research, but, for Gratitude quality related research, our country is still in its initial stage, the empirical research of the material is not sufficient, On this basis, the establishment of the junior high school students Gratitude quality training course for junior middle school second grade students Gratitude quality culture research, design a set of suitable for junior high school student development characteristics of Gratitude intervention plan, the training program for junior high school students Gratitude quality culture has a significant effect. This research is to study the quality of our country Gratitude provide certain scientific data, rich Gratitude theory and related research for junior high school students, the cultivation of Gratitude quality to provide the reference.The main conclusion:(1) Junior high school student Gratitude distribution is negative skewness, there is a large part of the students have higher Gratitude experience, but there are still some students have low Gratitude experience.(2) Gratitude junior high school students there are significant gender differences Gratitude girls than boys; Gratitude junior high school students is a significant grade differences, first, the third day of students’ Gratitude higher, second day student Gratitude is low.(3)To mental health course and "thank-you note""time gift " is the combination of junior middle school students Gratitude training course can significantly improve the level of junior high school students.
