Abstract


As the important support information for CAPP system and other systems,Process resource is infrastructure data in manufacturing enterprise informatization. In order to satisfy the users’individualized and diversified demands,and quickly response to the market as well, it is the key factor to realize the integration, share and optimization utilization of process resource.The characteristics of process resource such as dynamic and complexity are discussed, the demand analysis on process resource management is suggested and system design and applications are analyzed.Firstly, process resource modeling and relationship modeling, process resource coding system design, the description and integration technology are studied. Secondly, Process resource allocation is researched, a process resource allocation model is established in consideration of processing capacity,time and cost, and the heuristic process allocation algorithm is designed as well. Finally, Visual Studio.2005 and SQL server 2005 are adopted as programming tools to develop the process resource management system, the functions such as data management and integration are realized.The main research aspects are listed as follows:1. The reasonable definition and classification of process resource are suggested.A detailed analysis of the characteristics of process resource is discussed in detail. The process resource management demands and key issues for its applications are put forward.2. The modeling and description of process resource are studied,and a research on resource integration is conducted.The structure, capacity, status and modeling process of process resource are analyzed,by adopting the Object-Oriented method, the process resource model and relationship model are established. A hierarchical classification coding system is designed,which can describe the category, attributes and image models of the resource. Process resource is described by using database and XML. process resource integration are put forward in two ways:one based on view while another based on flat file. Integration mechanism and key technologies are researched respectively to realize the integration of heterogeneous process resource.3. Based on process resource relationship model, the capacity of process resource is analyzed, the capacity models of the equipment and cutting tool are established, an allocation method is suggested. An allocation optimization model based on cost and time is put forward, while the processing structure is established by using non-linear process Method and Precedence Diagramming Method. A heuristic algorithm for optimal allocation of resource process is designed, aimed at low cost and delivering in time.4. The process resource management system is developed, the subsystem and the database structure are designed. The functions such as process resource model management, resource applications in process design and system integration are realized.The system has already been applied in enterprises.
