Abstract


Trade liberalization and the development of communications technology makes the globalization of the world economy made ??possible by international trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) , the electronics industry has become typical of the global industry . Advantages and market in order to take full advantage of the resources of the world , the traditional supply chain of the electronics manufacturing industry gradually evolved from a local supply chain for the global supply chain model . As an important node in the global supply chain - manufacturing facilities , it is the key to the globalization of multinational companies , and thus their location decisions become the company's strategic decision-making . Currently , more research on the facility location decisions , mainly focused on the use of mathematical optimization method to determine the best warehouse / distribution center location ; but the location of the plant , especially for the global supply chain mode manufacturing facility location decisions The few studies . Therefore , the thesis on this point of view , focusing on the mode of the global supply chain of the electronics manufacturing industry location decisions , the use of the method is the analytic hierarchy method ( AHP ) . Build a hierarchical model , the key is to establish the program layer and the rule layer . Papers depth study of the characteristics of the electronic manufacturing industry and its supply chain , from a new perspective - supply chain strategy based on their location of strategic objectives , and to determine the choice of the candidate . For the criteria layer each location influencing factors is through a comprehensive study of the existing results , combined with the relevant features of the electronic manufacturing industry established . Finally, the paper through a real case ( city level ), based on a hierarchical model has been constructed , the location of the case demand survey sampling , data analysis and calculations , draw the pros and cons of candidates Sort complete show site analysis of the decision-making process .
