Abstract


Tianjin Railway Station transportation hub project as a case study , in-depth study of a complex engineering project planning methods , to make up for the inadequacies exist at home and abroad about project management mode . This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Tianjin Railway Station transportation hub project , depicting a project management model , in engineering and technical planning , especially for the Tianjin Railway Station Tianjin Railway Station hub pit excavation procedures technical difficulties , the existing construction technology and existing problems focus of the analysis and the comparative analysis of new construction technology in the implementation of the project planning , management planning issues for different special provide solution ideas and methods , at the same time , the article also \the main features of the project management of the company 's organization structure , management system , management processes and other related issues , this paper made ??the following innovative achievements : 1 . implementation of the project lifecycle management efficiency and project goals as a starting point , the research related to the project planning methods and techniques , planning large and complex projects , providing guidance and technical aspects of the method ; 2 . summed up the success and failures the Tianjin station transportation hub in the implementation of the project process , Tianjin and even the country similar to the success of the project implementation and efficient management to provide empirical support ; 3 . explore government-led welfare project implementation process management system , process control and other related issues .
