Abstract


Popular With the increasing development of B2C business model and online shopping , Internet stores the information of a large number of consumer product reviews , product reviews information contains the subjective feelings expressed in the consumers use a particular commodity . These text commentaries reflect the views , attitudes and positions of the people , and thus has a valuable commercial value : on the one hand , product reviews information can be helpful to let producers know the status and popularity of its products in the minds of consumers , which give the product development department to provide important product improvements , thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of the products . On the other hand , the potential consumers before making a purchase decision , often with reference to published product reviews B2C online store customer information to analyze the performance of the product and ultimately make a decision whether to buy , product reviews information to effectively guide the potential consumer make a purchase decision . In this paper, based on text mining and opinion mining technologies , propose a Web comments mining model . Of this product comments mining the model first point statement divided into the comment text dominant polarity viewpoints statement , the first class of context-dependent viewpoints statement and the second class of context-dependent viewpoints statement . According to the statement of the characteristics of the different types of point of view , using the appropriate semantic polarity of opinion mining technologies stepwise analysis . Little attention to rely on the the context the viewpoints statement of polarity analysis related research , the polarity of views of this paper analyzes the mining model two types of context-dependent perspectives statement , use of syntactic rules and context information extraction method to determine the context-dependent perspectives statement . Finally, as corpus famous B2C online store Amazon product reviews experimental analysis . Comparative analysis of the experimental results and the views of this model and related literature mining models Opinion Observer and FBS mining model results show that the views of this article can effectively analyze the polarity of the three types of viewpoints statement .
