Abstract


Full-time education masters degree graduate student cultivation goal is to havemodern education concept, high theory accomplishment and practical ability ofhigh-level talents. For the Master toemphasize the application of practical known, education internship this should begreat attention, the reality was not perfect. Both for the needs of Chinas highereducation reform, or respond to the requirements of the construction of primary andsecondary school teachers, education reform is imperative internship status. Thisthesis is precisely to explore the status and problems that may arise Master ofEducation in educational practice, try to research the problems that may arise in thepractice of the Master of Education in educational practice early, middle and late, toanalyze the cause of the problem and given reasonable suggestions for problems,fully prepared for the Master of Education to set foot on the teachers job well.In this paper, in accordance with the following ideas: the first part is theintroduction. Mainly introduced the selected topic background and significance ofthis study, the research status at home and abroad, research methods and relatedconcepts defined. The second part is the master of education research and analysis.The third part is the education masters internship for education and causes of thedeficiency of the exploration. The fourth part in view of the master of education inthe internship for education of reasons put forward some Suggestions forimprovement. Specific as follows, first of all, through the literature search for thedevelopment of internship for education process at home and abroad the comb,and cohesion to the full-time master of education in our country the status quo ofinternship for education. Through collection and access to education internshiprelated literature, to our country the education internship status quo and problemsof the whole, from the preparation of the education internship, internship purpose,practice content, practice time, the school curriculum, practice guidance, practicebase, practice has made a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, etc, to our country present situation and existing problems of current education masters internship foreducation to grasp as a whole.Then this paper through questionnaire method and interview method, theeducation of full-time master of education internship status quo and problems in thepractical analysis, found in the master of education in the process of internship foreducation there may be some problems, such as prepare adequately for theeducation internship; The school curriculum is not reasonable; Internship foreducation mode needs to be further improved; Education internship is single; Theeducation internship time still cannot meet the requirements; Failed to takeinternship evaluation feedback, and other functions; Practice guidance work is notcomplete; School and internship base in normal colleges and education departmentlack of tripartite cooperation management, etc.To solve above problems that may occur, we carried on the thoroughinvestigation and study and further interviews. Full-time master of education in thisarticle, through analysis all kinds of problems existing in the internship foreducation, and apreliminary analysis of the cause of the problem to further putforward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, so as to speed up totrain full-time master of education in internship for education, cultivation of futureteachers to the nation contributes an own strength.
