The jilin province medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020) for planning pointed out clearly in the graduate student education, the cultivation of graduate students work to become more prominent social adaptability, so that the training can be more in line with the requirements of society. Existing sports postgraduate cultivation system in training objectives, curriculum, and there are insufficient, quality evaluation, etc. In jilin province sports school training system of postgraduate study, to strengthen jilin province sports school of postgraduate training system for the construction of the curriculum, to summarize to build suitable for jilin province sports school training of postgraduate training objectives, curriculum and evaluation method, is advantageous to the system in our province of master graduate student degree in sports studies education, training and sports teaching, sports training, competition organization and society to guide high-level, applied in the fields of sports talents, the training quality for jilin province sports school graduate student to provide certain theoretical basis.This study using literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and interview method, for jilin province sports training system of postgraduate training objectives, curriculum setting, training method and quality evaluation etc. Carried on the thorough analysis. This study shows that universities and colleges in jilin province for the cultivation of sports master graduate student orientation, specific requirements are relatively clear and have their own school characteristics, professional characteristics, for academic degree postgraduate training objectives is relatively mature and perfect, for professional degree postgraduate training objectives are emphasized the job requirements, but has yet to be continue to explore and improve in the future. Most schools have similar to the curriculum of PE is a graduate, embodies the combination of theory and practice of guiding principle, professional degree postgraduate courses more prominent practicality, practice curriculum proportion is high academic degree postgraduate courses, and professional degree graduate cultivation target and positioning. Colleges of jilin province for the physical quality evaluation of graduate students with course grades, published papers and graduate thesis level as the main quality evaluation index, and emphasized the graduate students to adapt to culture localization and ability level, but its quality assessment methods a single, lack of system, flexible and scientific evaluation system. Jilin province sports graduate cultivating mode most steering group for the tutor responsibility system, graduate student guidance or combining both, most colleges and universities graduate student training in the process of sports teaching practice, to participate in academic report, social practice and so on have made specific provision, but in the process of graduate student training in the implementation, the graduate student’s use situation is not ideal, to be improved.This paper argues that:jilin province sports school of postgraduate training system needs to be in the training objectives, curriculum setting, training method and quality evaluation to build again, training goal should give priority to in order to cultivate applied, compound talents; Curriculum is necessary on the basis of the existing outstanding academic research, the core value of professional degree graduate degree, set the highlight of the curriculum system; Training modes on the way in establishing a diversified culture, on the basis of still need to establish the corresponding supervision mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the training way, in order to improve the quality of graduate education.
