With the rapid acceleration of urbanization , urban management and building up increasingly serious problem . At present spatial information stored in many formats , by different departments or units maintenance , resulting in duplication of data development . In addition, most of the existing spatial data ignores the semantic and topological relations performance. CityGML is launched in the city OGC Geography Markup Language , is a balance between the performance of the city semantic properties of common information model three-dimensional objects , 3D city help to promote the development and application of GIS . CityGML model focuses primarily on the city storage, management and exchange , at home and abroad there is not a perfect storage mechanism , so the CityGML storage-related technology research has particular significance . The main contents of this paper are the following: 1 ) In view of both spatial and semantic structure more complex three-dimensional virtual city models , CityGML data set is very large, efficient storage of CityGML data for the optimization of queries is a critical issue , the paper CityGML from the recursive model simplification, geometry classes six aspects of alternative design simplified method proposed model , which greatly simplifies the data storage and convenient query implementation . 2 ) the CityGML simplified model is mapped to a relational database schema compact initially tried on the main CityGML classes , the entire root class elements as well as the optimization of CLASS-ID attribute mapping . To avoid the multi-table , reducing the connections, improving database performance , convenient and direct access to the database , is conducive to some typical database query . 3 ) using Citygml4j technical programming data input and output, and operations on the data , developers do not care CityGML data access Java objects through a simple content , CityGML data can be accessed and manipulated . Finally, the two sets of data successfully achieved spatial data storage and operations on the data , experimental results show that this scheme is realistic for CityGML provides a complete data storage solutions.
