Abstract


Human economic and social development is undergoing a major transformation now, the leading role of scientific and technological innovation has became increasingly significant. As one of the major places of national science and technology innovation in colleges and universities, how to provide a powerful driving force in scientific research, personnel training and social services has increasingly became a key factor to decide the country’s scientific and technological strength and even the rise and fall of a national. How to innovate and develop the colleges and universities to make them play a more important role in national and social economic, it is critical to establish interdisciplinary research in colleges and universities, and even more the construction of instrumentation equipment sharing platform has played a decisive role in the development of cross subject. Subject factor, material factor, human resources, information technology elements and system factor are "five in one", and they constitute the instrumentation equipment sharing platform in colleges and universities, the five different elements are associated, systemic and collaborative. How to build good university equipment excellent platform sharing has attracted more and more the attention of researchers in colleges and universities.As the most important material platform in colleges and universities especially in comprehensive universities, the construction and integration of large scientific instrument resources purposes to break the regional segmentation, integration of existing resources of science and technology, avoid repetition and waste effectively, improve the use efficiency of large instruments and equipment resources, and provide strong support for science and technology independent innovation. What’s more construction of human resource team is the decisive factor which is directly related to material platform whether can play a huge role or not. Factor of information technology has greatly promoted the efficient utilization of sharing resources. From the aspects of system construction, institutional factor ensures the efficient operation among the various elements, to realize the scientific and efficient use of resources and management of science and technology, and to make it create greater value. The organic whole which formed from the four parts of construction promotes the development of discipline factor.
