Abstract


This study investigated the massive literature, found that since1999has so far not the comprehensive investigation and Research on sports teachers of Independent Colleges in Jilin province. However, the independent college has become increasingly strong, sportsteacher status has been neglected, physical education teachers should be further developedand improved. Through this research, hope that by the proposed method for the construction of sports teachers, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of independent college, and provides some valuable reference for the development of PE teachers of IndependentColleges in Jilin province.This study through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis, mathematical statistics method were investigated and analyst for the teachers in IndependentColleges in Jilin Province, the conclusions are as follows:(1) the independentcollege teaching managements notenough.(2) lack ofteachersandteacher treatment is notrich.(3) the independentcollege teachers in-service training lack.(4) the sports facilities and equipment investment is notenough.(5) the teacherwasnotfor the sports interest in students.Based on the comprehensive analysis and discussion, we putforward the countermeasures as follows:(1) improve the structure of teachers, innovation in teaching methods, improve teaching level(2) increase the input of funds, improve the teaching facilities, provide a good teaching environment for teaching(3) to optimize the knowledge structure of college physical education teachers, enrich the teaching content, the development of new item teaching(4) to strengthen management, increase the college physical education teachertraining efforts(5) to stimulate teachers participate in scientific research, improving research ability and level(6) to deepen the reform, and gradually formed a set of reasonable, perfect the professional title evaluation system
