Abstract


In the Information Age, as the information technology is increasingly employed in the military arena, its role is becoming more and more important. Faced with the opportunities and challenges following the Information Age, nations around the world have launched military information construction projeces, in order to gain information dorminace.Russia attached great importance to military information construction. Aiming at overcoming its disadvantages, Russia has been taking every counter measure promote its military information construction, so as to insure its military information security. Russia is one of China’s important neighboring country with a long military history and a armed force, which worth studying the issues concerning its military information construction.This article studies the context, process and detailed messures of the military information construction of Russia, summarizes the experionce and lessons learnt from the military information construction of Russia and forecuses the trend of the military information construction of Russia in the future, which may benefit the military information construction of China.
