Abstract


Nowadays ,it can not be denied that college student’s delinquency is a hot problem in the society. High education in China has been transferred from the intensive to the extensive, with the thorough reforming of China’s high education system, which is significant for our country to enhance overall quality. However, it brings an important problem: Colleges expanding enrollment scale leads to students overall quality’s decreasing, which is closely related with rising rate of college student’delinquency year by year.The dissertation is divided into four sections.Section one; introduction includes the significance of topic, review of current research, innovation and research approach.Section two, the present overview of China’s college student’delinquency. Aiming at current research of college student’delinquency can not give a clear definition of“college students”, firstly the dissertation makes the range clear. College student’delinquency has its own particularity. According to the current situation of crime by college students in our country, the dissertation analyses the college student’delinquency is different from the crime committed by juvenile and adults in characteristics and developing trend.Section three, systematically analyzing deep reason of college student’delinquency with combining new and close element between the current society and students’crime. Firstly, basing on the college students are in physiological and psychological development special stage, the dissertation analyses the mental factors which easily lead college students to take the wrong turning. Secondly, the overall social environment is closely related with the college student’delinquency. Combining with the development of society, the dissertation analyzes the changing process of a series of negative effects triggering the influence on college student’delinquency. Thirdly, internet has been an important part for students’daily living and studying, yet internet is filled with a large number of unhealthy information, which can bring serious negative effects. The dissertation analyzes the negative effects brought by harmful cyber culture. Fourthly, unhealthy family environment also can lead the college students to commit crimes. The dissertation analyzes it,combining with family environmental factor. Fifthly, the dissertation finds the situation of current teaching and students’management and analyzes relationship between college student’delinquency and harmful influence brought by defects and faults in itSection four, countermeasures for preventing the college student’delinquency. From the perspectives of school, society and family, it explores the practical and feasible, effective and valuable ways to prevent college student’delinquency, basing on analyzing furthur causes college student’delinquency . It deserves to mention that the study contraposes the college students who accepted the criminal penalty.
