Abstract


In order to promote the development of Xinjiang’s ice and snow sports andimprove the comprehensive strength of ice and snow sports of our country，and toprovide the strong basic policy for the implementation of related managementdepartment，so in this paper，we use a literature review，expert interviews，mathematical statistics and other research methods to analysis the present situation ofXinjiang’s ice and snow sports development. The purpose is to provide a reference forXinjiang’s ice and snow sports’ rehabilitation and development through the presentsituation of Xinjiang’s ice and snow sports and influence factors.Xinjiang is located in the northwest frontier of the motherland. It has a stronggeographical characteristics and culture.The northern slope of the TianshangMountains and Altai Mountains has a unique ice and snow resources.The good naturalconditions provide a guarantee to the winter snow sports’ carry out. The prosperity ofXinjiang ice and snow sports also dates back to the1980s，due to climate warming，ice and snow sports turned to artificial refrigeration and the development ofXinjiang’s ice and snow sports is slowly by the venue restrictions. In recent years，with the development of people’s living standards，with the rising of the Xinjiang’stourism and winter outdoor sports，the team of snow sports enthusiasts showsexplosive growth，the government’s emphasis is also increasing.The study found that speed skating and ski team are start too late，lack ofcoaches，set workout athletes is too little，ice and snow sports facilities is not perfectand the reserve force is weak. The professional speed skating teacher in primary andsecondary is lacked and lack of professional teaching guidance. The level of the resortis too low to meet the need for staging international events. The developmentmomentum of winter ice and snow tourism resources is good，but the snow sportsvenues is lacking，the ice skating rink is little，and the snow and ice resources has tobe developed. Put forward to strengthen the cultivation of ice and snow sports relatedstaff， and improve the quality of talented person，intensify the winter sports venues，site construction，scientific management，and strengthen the scientific researchstrength，increase the publicity and promotions，and actively explore tourist market.Promote fitness in Xinjiang masses implementation，thus achieving lifelong physicalexercise habits，narrowing the gap with Northeast snow sports，to provide a referencefor Reconstruction and Development of Xinjiang’s ice and snow sports.
