Abstract


The main idea of the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia is the protection to the foreign investors interest are not violated, the private property can be safe in Mongolian investment activity, and provide the perfect investment environment. But the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia is still not consummate, include investment domain, foreign investment supervise, examine and approve system, foreign company set up, protection of the foreign investment rights and interests, favourable policy and foreign investment disputed resolve etc. Accordingly need to analyze and research about Foreign Investment Law, foreign investment environment and other mutuality law.The text constitute with introduction, text and conclusion three parts. This text include introduction can be divide into 6 chapters.First chapter, Introduction. Introduce the topic selection background and research meaning, literature summarize, method of the research and innovation point.Second chapter, The summarize of the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia. Introduce the concept of the foreign investment and the foreign investment law. The background analyze of the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia, about the characteristic and the configuration of the foreign investment law. The infection and the effect of that law.Third chapter, The problem inside Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia. Include foreign investment treatment, market admittance, examine and approve system, favourable policy, protection of the law, settle of the issue. Introduce the problem of the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia. Integrate the fact of the investment environment, to connect the theory and the fact of the investment environment.Fourth chapter, The revelation of Chinese foreign investment law to Mongolian foreign investment law. In this chapter introduce the Chinese foreign investment law, how this law settle foreign investment treatment, market admittance, examine and approve system, favourable policy, protection of the law, settle of the issue etc. Use those succeed experience to Mongolian foreign investment law.Fifth chapter, The suggestion and countermeasure to consummate the Foreign Investment Law of Mongolia. Analyze the problem of the foreign investment law of Mongolia, integrate the Chinese succeed foreign investment law, provide the suggestion and the countermeasure.Sixth chapter, Conclusion. The last chapter sum up the content of the mutuality and shortage problem. Expatiate the need of the amend to foreign investment law of Mongolia and investment environment structure.This text analyze the foreign investment law of Mongolia and the investment environment. Integrate the fact investment environment, hope to consummate the foreign investment law of Mongolia.
