Abstract


Domestic violence has become the human rights violations, disruption of family harmony, even cause the crime of a public nuisance, and modern civilization be misfits social evils. A lot of domestic violence is also due to timely and effective containment and upgrade, evolved into the malignant event, affect social harmony and stability, destroyed the family stability and women’s physical and mental health of children. China’s anti-domestic violence law system more comprehensive, to curb family violence, human rights has a very important significance, but the current legislation and practice still have some defects.This article is based on this reality, the implementation of female family violence this angle of view, from China’s anti-domestic violence in the analysis of the status quo, trying to give some improving suggestions, and find the effective mechanism to prevent family violence.
