With the developing of oil-distribution service, it presents a phenomenon that theallocation-quantity to rise year by year, the allocation customers increase unceasingly,the allocation areas become larger and larger, the quantity of allocation-center andallocation scale to expand rapidly. In this kind of large-scale, complicated allocationservice, the former oil-distribution optimization model and the optimization algorithmalready could not meet the actual needs. In order to solve those problems above, thepaper has carried on some research and implement of oil-distribution optimizationmodel based on the genetic algorithm which on the foundation of existed optimizationmodel.Firstly, based on the thorough investigation of those existed oil-distribution modeland distribution algorithm both domestic and foreign, considering of the company’sactual service situation, the paper has designed an oil-distribution optimization.Secondly, take the refineries and the company’s subordinated fuel depots as theallocation centers, the fuel depots of provincial area sale-company near by the railwaystations as the demand nodes. Establishing an oil-distribution system under themulti-logistics distribution center pattern. This pattern has got rid of the traditionalsole-logistics distribution center pattern’s restraint. Can match the resources and thedemands much more effectively and nimbly. Using the genetic algorithm as thedistribution optimization algorithm to substitute former classical algorithms.Consequently, enhanced the operation efficiency, reduced the operation cost, andenabled the optimized results drawing close to actual service much more.Finally, the paper has designed and implemented the GAB-ODOM’s main functionmodules. Carrying on the confirmation and the analysis to this model and the algorithmvalidity, unified the company’s recent years’ service data. The final result indicated that,after introducing GAB-ODOM, company’s each service target has got the remarkableimprovement. The research and implement of GAB-ODOM has certain theorysignificance and high practical value.This paper’s research work has certain model function for solving problemsnowadays such as oil-distribution optimization under the multi-logistics distributioncenter pattern which is large-scale and complicated.
