Abstract


With the development of distance learning. E-learning grows quickly, which contributes a lot to permanent education and educational popularization. As the largest long distance educational system, Radio and television University made much progress in modern base installation and information instruction, its teaching net and colleges were set up all over the country. With the development of CRTVU and open education, we explore the mode reform of educating adults and administration system. In the meantime, the quality of open education drew much attention in our society. Some colleges are lack of enough rules and laws, their base installation are not so modern, lack of needed learning resources, which greatly influences the quality of open education.According to the quality standard of long distance education, the key of the quality assurance is improving the quality of online courses. Therefore, the quality assurance system in the open education is studied in the article, pointing out that teaching process in long distance education is made up of educator, learner, learning resources and public learning supporting system, by interactive communication between the educator and learner, they realize the educational goals. However, in the process of teaching and learning of open education at present, some students lack academic motivation and self-study attitudes and abilities. The resources teachers lack professionalism and sense of achievement. The online courses can’t meet various learning needs and supervisory control is lost in the open learning. which bring a lot of problems to the quality of open education. We should take powerful measures to improve the quality of open education:increase students’self-study abilities by paying much attention to virtue education; increase the attraction of open education by better learning supporting system; improve the tutor educational skills by training; offer wonderful course resources and better supervisory control, which lead to improving teaching quality system. All measures will promote our long distance education and open education, making great difference to developing a top open education brand.
