Abstract

In recent years, the application of quantum dots in the biomedical field has become one of the focus of widespread concern . Quantum dot good spectral characteristics and its own merits , instead of the traditional fluorescent dye , you can get a variety of biological fluorescent probe specific tissues and cells in vitro and in vivo imaging , multi-color and multi-component detection , targeted mark achieved a lot of progress . This article was prepared multicolor water-soluble quantum dots , two fluorescent probes , so that the formation of anti-cancer drugs and P-gp inhibitors and mechanisms of multidrug resistance in cancer cells , achieved good results. The main contents are as follows : thioglycolic acid as stabilizer , orange and green CdTe quantum dots prepared in aqueous solution , and make it more soft and anti-cancer drugs hydrochloric acid glycoprotein P-gp inhibition of doxorubicin ( DOX ) agent tamoxifen ( TAM ) and amino biotin coupled to get two new fluorescent biological probes to study the nature of the fluorescence spectra of the probe , combined with infrared spectroscopy to explore the the CdTe - TAM quantum point probe amino - biotin interaction mechanism , and the two probes CdTe - DOX and biotin-CdTe-TAM successfully applied in breast cancer cell markers . (2) Preparation of a new type of probe antibody - CdTe -TAM binding the CdTe - DOX probe , the antibody-CdTe-TAM live tumor cell targeting . From the tail vein of mice after injection of the probe antibody-CdTe-TAM , carrying the probe of the P-gp inhibitors can be traced to the site of tumor growth , where the color of the probe and the tumor site can be clearly observed under a fluorescence microscope to .
