Abstract


With the fast development of national economy and society, the traffic flow of Expresswayis ever growing. IC card, named toll card, as the medium of Expressway collection of vehicletolls, has tens of thousands of users. Besides, IC cards also can be made into ID cards for feecollectors and Official cards for official vehicles. How to manage ID cards, Official cards anda huge amount of IC cards is a very important part of Expressway operation management. ACartridge is a container of IC cards, which can contain a certain number of IC cards. It ismore convenient to store and manage IC cards by using card boxes. Therefore, to design anddevelop a set of Expressway Cartridge IC card management system is an effective solution tostrengthen and improve Expressway IC card management.Based on the actual expressway IC card management business, this paper analyzes thesystem’s functional requirements, design and implementation of an expressway Cartridge ICcard management system. There are four main work areas:1. According to the actual IC card management business, presents the RequirementsAnalysis of expressway IC card management.2. According to the Requirements Analysis, extracts the system functions. Based on C/Smode architecture, we present the detailed design of IC card management system. The systemconsist of eight modules, they are system management, production, report the loss,cancellation of report, cancellation, reduction, enrollment of out and in, and management ofIC card.3. Presents the logical structure of IC card database and builds the database in SQL Server2008.4. Develops Cartridge IC Card Management System with Delphi development tools andobject-oriented programming method, implements all functions of the system.The Cartridge IC card management system described in this article can provideExpressway IC card with a more systematic, precision and optimized management, therebystrengthening inspection of IC card, decreasing the loss of IC card, reducing the Expresswayoperation cost,simplifying the business processes of IC card and improving the managementefficiency of IC card business. In conclusion, this IC card management system has great significance for expressway operation management.
