Abstract


With the formation of a large pattern of telecommunications increasingly fiercemarket competition in China, the users demand for services is also increasing, thequality of business support system construction will directly determine the enterpriseservice capabilities. This article focuses on the implementation of the BOSSintegrated customer service and construction subsystems.This article discusses the system in accordance with the overall objectives of theoverall business functions of the system, function subsystem after understanding,combined with the principles of the system construction, system architecture establishesa clear analysis of the specific needs of the system and the overall framework. Theoverall framework is now the most sophisticated design using the data access layer,business logic layer and three-layer model of such an interface layer design ideas,according to the actual needs of the business using a variety of interfaces between thevarious levels of contact. Oracle technology combined with the characteristics of thedata model and database systems were optimized. Through testing, the system has beenformally launched in use China Unicom Heilongjiang branch to achieve the expectedresult, has been widely praised by customers.
