Abstract


With the development of economy, the value of human resources is widely paid attention to.The competition of human resources has become one of the important resources of regional economic development. Not only work target are proposed for the personnel management, but also higher requirements are set for regional talent archives management. Problems such as untimely archives approval or complicated archives borrow application often occur during the traditional process of archives management in talent center, which seriously hindered the work efficiency of archives management department. This article is based on such research background:based on investigation of the archives management business of talent center in high-tech areas, take advantage of workflow theory to detailedly develop and design the function of archives management system of talent center, and work out function modules like archive creation module, archive callout module, archive borrow module, archive return module, archive data statistics and so on. Use case diagram and sequence diagram to analyze and design function modules of the system, and design data process and business process of the system in detail. Based on the analysis of the function of the system, design the background database and show the conceptual model and specific database table structure of background database. In the stage of system implementation, take advantage of.Net and database technology to implement system function. Discuss the implementation effect of each function module and business process and test the function modules of the system.Through the study of this article, realize the combination of the workflow theory and archives management business of talent center in high-tech areas. Develop archive management system of talent center based on workflow which meets the actual demand of high-tech areas. The application of the system not only regulates the behavior of archives management in talent center of high-tech areas, but also realizes the delicacy management review of the talent archives business and enhances the work efficiency of archives management of talent center in high-tech areas. As for the improvement of archives management work of talent center in high-tech areas, it has important reference effect on strictly regulating the archive approval process.
