Abstract


With the continuous development of computer technology and network technology, more and more people choose to use computer technology and network technology to get the job done. Henan province as one of the developed provinces in China, every year there are a lot of government investment projects. The audit management of these projects relied on artificial to complete, there are many problems in the process of the management of the auditing work, including the lack of information sharing, lack of project supervision, etc. In this case, the use of advanced computer technology and network technology to complete the management of government investment projects in henan province auditing work is imperative. So the development of the management of government investment project auditing system of henan province.System USES is convenient and easy to maintenance and management of B/S structure, using Java language development. Development process using the Struts framework and MVC pattern, system view layer, control layer and model layer separated, greatly increases the security and robustness of the system. System USES used2008as the database system, is to further improve the security and stability of the system. This paper mainly introduces the design of the management of government investment project auditing system in henan province in the process of the implementation. Including the system development background, the research status at home and abroad, the system needs to obtain and analysis, system design and system implementation and testing. Firstly introduces the development background of this system and the research status both at home and abroad, illustrates the development of this system the reason and realistic significance. Followed by demand access and demand analysis, describes the requirements for the management of government investment project audit in henan province to obtain and analysis process. The following is the system design. System design part, this paper describes the technical architecture of system design, function module design and database design. Design of the system after the completion of the implementation and testing.System finally realize the project management, project information management, project data verification, file cabinets, contacts and typical case management six function modules, and implements including the personnel information management, information management, project information management, tracking the audit information management, the final accounts of the audit data management, engineering statistics, accepted by the project information, project data archiving, data processing times for verification, the data processing time for verification, and filing cabinets, contacts and typical case management, and other functions. Basic covers all the affairs in the management of government investment project auditing work in henan province.System applied in the management of government investment projects in henan province auditing work, solve the problems of artificial audit management, enhance the management of government investment project auditing work in henan province is scientific and accuracy, and the development of government investment project audit management system in henan province completed successfully.
