With the rapid development of metal industry, the traditional management methods can not meet demand, customer service system was in urgent need.The system was designed and implemented as an online customer service system by using UML, Eclipse, Java and oracle10g. It included Contact Management, Logistics Management, Enterprise Management, Shippment Management, Business Workflow, Customer and Supplier Management, and System Management.The system was divided by salesman/operations assistant entrance, customer entrance, the manager and market researcher entrance, separate entrances login exercise different privileges and functions. Through seamlessly integration the mail and SMS ports, the system can be greatly improved office efficiency, make management more convenient, efficient and humane.This thesis follows the software development and design ideas, using waterfall model of software engineering as main line of design to introduce business need, functions requirement, non-functional requirement, sytem framework design, function design and database design. It also provides UI design and code design to introduce the crucial function of system. In the end, it also provides the result of function test and performance test.
