With the deepening innovation of financial service, the securities industry will shift from pure channel services for comprehensive financial services provider. In this background, the securities industry informatization construction is facing a higher request and more severe challenges.From the current situation of the whole securities industry informatization, there is a contradiction between increasing demand of research and development and reducing IT invest. Securities company independent research and development ability are relatively weak, innovative business severely limited by software vendors:1. Some reasons, such as Software vendors’ level is uneven, unopened core source code, high costs, difficulties of maintenance and so on, affect the project schedule, and causing the project risk.2. Each supplier technical architecture is different, leads to all the business systems do not have a unified technology platform, the overall technology architecture is messy.3. Project cooperation mode can’t meet the securities companies needs of the differentiation competition and not copy modeAccording to the above problems, this dissertation based on the research of MVC, Spring, Mybatis, Activiti and Paoding-Rose, using the experience of the current mainstream development platform and other products, and design and implement X-UP (XY-Universal Platform) application development platform, to further improve the ability of independent research and development, to build advanced technological base, unified, flexible and extensible architecture, to strengthen the company dominant position in the information construction, has carried on the beneficial exploration for promoting securities industry independent research and development ability.
