Abstract

To this end, the College decided by the Office of Academic Affairs led the development of teaching staff construction information management system.Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College actual construction of teachers as well as the College network center room structure, determined by studying the system design for the B/S mode, this mode applications for the use of college faculty and system Upgrade operation, maintenance, convenient. User account management in the faculty system using asymmetric encryption technology to system security management of the college teacher training, teacher recruitment, Virtue assessment, performance appraisal information management system based on teachers assessment automatically calculate the final performance appraisal rating and annual teacher ranking and results in the formation data analysis, the College leadership according to the data provided by the master teacher team building. The system functions include the following components, namely:teacher construction system management module, file management module of teachers, teacher training management module, teacher recruitment management module, the Virtue appraisal management module, performance appraisal management module, integrated information query management module system permissions and user roles management module.
